Our classroom is honored to be awarded by the GFDA as the only branch and assessment venue in Hong Kong. It is the only course in Hong Kong where a Korean teacher will personally come to Hong Kong to assess instructors. The qualifications of the instructors are quite rigorous. This course is designed for people who are aspiring to start a business. The GFDA flower mounting technology is famous for showing the authenticity of the bean paste flowers, and the flowers that are mounted are almost real. This course is the only most comprehensive decorating course in Hong Kong. Regardless of bean paste decorating, wafer paper making, bean paste cake decoration, this course will be taught. In this update, chocolate mold making will be added to enable students to learn more. Customized cakes. Students do not need to go to South Korea to assess the qualifications of instructors. Course content:

The use of tools, analysis of the different origins of white bean paste, processing methods, and how to make homemade white bean paste. Toning skills, flower arrangement skills and bean paste decorating practice, 3D modelling of cakes

 

Kinds of flower:

Rose, small rose, rice flower, sage, branch material, wafer paper peony, scabiosa , poppy flower, daisy, lavender, garden rose, cherry blossom, blooming peony, 3d leaves, Gerbera, buttercup, purple orchid, strawberry flower, peony, full bloom rose, dahlia, buttercup, hydrangea etc

Students who enroll will be given a set of Korean tools, flower nails and flower scissors for class

Class time: 11:00-5:00 (time is for reference only, 45-60 minutes lunch time)

After completion, you can apply directly to GFDA for the first-level certificate, and an additional fee of $1200 hkd

All students who hold the first-level certificate qualification can apply for the instructor qualification certificate. If they obtain the instructor lecturer qualification, they must be assessed by the Korean teacher Rose. Only after passing the assessment , they can obtain the instructor lecturer certificate. After obtaining the instructor lecturer certificate, they will automatically become members of the GFDA Association. They can apply for Korean Association certificate for students in the future

The exam will be arranged twice a year for teachers to come to Hong Kong for assessment. The exam fee is $1500 and the instructor certificate fee is $1200, which will be paid separately when registering for the exam****

**Precautions**

  1. The classroom will open 10 minutes before the start of the class, please do not have to be too early
  2. Due to the foreign tutor course, once the enrollment is confirmed, the class cannot be cancelled, there is no refund of tuition, no transfer, rescheduling and make up
  3. Local courses can be rescheduled once, except for individual leave when registering in advance or at least two weeks in advance. All temporary rescheduling, temporary sick leave, etc. (except with a certificate) will not accept any rescheduling, make up, transfer, and refund
  4. In the event of bad weather (on the 8th or black rainstorm), if cancelled before 1:00 in the afternoon, the classroom will reopen at 2:00, and the course will continue as usual. If cancelled after 1:00, the classroom will be cancelled. The cancellation arrangements will be Further notice
  5. During the course, students can take photos and record, but video recording and continuous shooting are not allowed. Once discovered, students will be terminated immediately, no refunds, please respect the intellectual property rights of the teacher
